Chris began his career in 1985 in the New York City metropolitan area, specializing in property maintenance and management. He provided janitorial and related facility services, primarily to office complexes in the NYC/Northern NJ region. After relocating to New Hampshire in 1995, Chris obtained his real estate license and entered the commercial real estate industry, working with Global Commercial Real Estate out of their Bedford, NH office.

He expanded his property maintenance and management company, in charge of the day-to-day operations of office, industrial, and retail properties across Southern New Hampshire. His services included interior janitorial work, construction clean-up, and exterior maintenance such as landscaping, snow plowing, and parking lot sweeping.

As a liaison between property owners, tenants, and vendors, Chris emphasizes the importance of relationships and has built a strong network throughout the State of New Hampshire. He brings expertise in sales, leasing and property management, including tenant relations, lease negotiations, vendor management, and preventive asset maintenance and repairs.

In 2017, Chris joined The Masiello Group as Principal Broker and Managing Director, where he played a key role in expanding the company's commercial real estate division. By partnering with a prominent national commercial real estate brand, he successfully broadened the company's reach and service offerings.

Under his leadership, the team grew to include 20 associates specializing in various aspects of commercial real estate. Chris's strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in establishing a strong presence for The Masiello Group across the four northern New England states—New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont. His efforts not only enhanced the company's market penetration and bottom line, but also solidified its reputation as a leading provider of commercial real estate services in the region.

In October 2024, Chris began a new chapter as the Owner and Principal Broker of Commercial Realty Associates. This transition marks a significant milestone in his career, aligning with his culture and vision to establish the firm as the premier commercial real estate leader in Northern New England. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, Chris is poised to drive the team towards new successes and continue delivering exceptional service to clients.

Dave Tanguay is a Senior Associate at SPERRY - Commercial Realty Associates, licensed in 2021 and focused on delivering full-service commercial real estate solutions. He supports clients across all aspects of the industry—including sales, leasing, investment analysis, and asset management—for a variety of property types such as industrial, office, retail, land development, and Net Leased Investments.

With a prior decade of experience in business and office supply sales, Dave brings a strong foundation in strategic communication, negotiation, and client service. He’s recognized for his ability to manage complex transactions, provide data-driven insights, and build lasting relationships through responsive, results-oriented service.

Dave is actively involved in New Hampshire’s commercial real estate community, serving as Secretary and Board Member for NHCIBOR (New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors), where he contributes to industry growth and professional standards.

Outside the office, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife Kate, daughter Anna, and son Graham—skiing, hiking in the White Mountains, and relaxing at York Beach. He’s also a passionate home chef, bbq enthusiast and craft beer brewer.

Jess Hepler brings a wealth of retail and restaurant real estate experience to SPERRY - Commercial Realty Associates. He began his career with Yum! Brands (Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hut), serving in leadership roles including Director of Real Estate & Construction, Franchise Development Director, Market Planner, and Director of Franchise Operations. During his tenure, he spearheaded more than 350 new restaurant developments, oversaw 500 remodels, and evaluated over 1,800 retail trade areas across the U.S.

Following his corporate career, Jess served as Vice President of Leasing for a Boston-area commercial real estate firm before transitioning to brokerage.

He holds the prestigious CCIM designation, an MBA in Finance, and is an active member of ICSC, New England Retail Dealmakers, and NHCIBOR.

At SPERRY - Commercial Realty Associates, Jess focuses on helping retail property owners sell, acquire, and lease their assets, while guiding retail and restaurant brands in securing the right locations to grow their businesses.

Sahil Maripuri is an Associate at SPERRY - Commercial Realty Associates, licensed in 2025 and focused on delivering full-service commercial real estate solutions. He supports clients across all facets of the industry, with a particular expertise in multifamily real estate investment.

Sahil brings knowledge of the multifamily sector through his experience as a private investor and his leadership of a venture capital team that deployed over $50 million into multifamily assets nationwide—including single-family rental (SFR) portfolios and large-scale apartment communities.

Prior to joining SPERRY, Sahil spent nearly a decade in the aerospace and defense sector, working in roles spanning manufacturing, program management, and serving as Chief of Staff to the Strategic Missile Defense business at Raytheon Technologies. He thrives on building strong relationships and leveraging his technical background to deliver high-value, solutions-driven service to his clients.

In addition to his work at SPERRY and his real estate ventures, Sahil is also an active investor in the hospitality industry, including Beiruti Mediterranean Restaurant in Salem, NH. His passion for connecting with people and helping create memorable experiences continues to drive his entrepreneurial pursuits.

Outside the office, Sahil is a proud father of three and considers raising his daughters Mila and Lydia and his son SJ as his greatest achievement. When he's not busy being "Dad," you’ll likely find him at the gym, on the golf course, riding his motorcycle, or boating on one of New Hampshire’s beautiful lakes.
